Frequently asked questions
Paper & Print
What paper do you use?
We use premium matte museum-quality paper stock for all prints, which has been carefully chosen for its durability and luxury weight (200gsm / 80 lb). We offer responsibly sourced FSC certified paper from sustainably managed forests.
What inks are used?
Many of the inks we use for prints are of archival quality with tremendous durability and fade resistance.
Frames
What frames are available?
In most instances we offer black or white frames across all prints, in a variety of sizes.
What materials are the frames made of?
All of our frames are lightweight, made of wood and measure 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8″) depending on overall size. High quality shatterproof, transparent plexiglass is used, making sure that your artwork is seen at optimum quality. Frames include a hanging kit, to hang in both portrait and landscape orientations. Frames and prints are supplied separately within the same box to reduce packaging costs for our customers.
Please note that to keep them at their best, our frames should only be displayed indoors.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently accept payments by either Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe), or Paypal.
